The Silq Hotel is so Elegant

CONCEPT

Created by an experienced Bangkok residential and commercial property
developer, SilQ Bangkok is the culmination of their vision of providing a simple and
comfortable yet elegant and affordable experience where personal service is
delivered with utmost pride.

Recessed from the street with polished marble, warm woods and touches of Thai silks housed in light filled spaces makes for an ideal
oasis in the centre of a busting Bangkok.

ROOMS
Catering for sizes King, Queen and Twin
configurations throughout the 8 floors. With only 7 rooms maximum per floor
the layout makes for a quiet and homey atmosphere. Carefully selected
artwork, LCD flat screen TVs, reading and lounge chairs, writing desks, mini-bars,
and in-room safes makes for a cosy retreat for guests.

Auswathai team Phill and Arwee visited Silq this week for a tour inspection for our tour base clients from Perth West Australia.

We arrive to reception and greeted by Sales Coordinator Benjawan Chatarupashewin.

Khun Benjawan has been with the team at Silq since January 2010. Formerly she worked with a German airline service for several years spending time in Germany and Thailand. Her experience in Tourism and travel provide intuitive insight to customer perspective and that was certainly present as we toured through the Hotel.

FACILITIES We believe the location is almost perfect, right in the centre of town, close to all key amenities yet a quite Soi. Most important the Hotel infuses the cultures of Modern Western infrastructure and the enjoyment of a true Thai and atmosphere.

The boutique galley style restaurant boasts the Thai specialty dishes with the choice of international cuisine.

The lobby is so inviting, recessed back of the main you have full view from out onto the Soi from the 2 story glass windows, sit back and relax at the lobby bar and watch the world go by or if you care to be part of the environment the hotel has a few casual outdoor tables and chairs on the ground floor entrance.

The designers have focused on the modern traveller ensuring the Hotel has state of the art Internet facilities. The venue is attractive to many travellers, it is a 40 room venue and many people now prefer the boutique style venue so they absorb the home atmosphere that comes from a smaller group of people, it's more personal and memorable.

We were delighted with the high standard throughout the Hotel and pleased to be promote the Silq in our recommended venues for our Aussie Exec Tours Bangkok
